The Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Form for Spring 2025 is now available online as an eForm.
You will need to log into your Banner account (my.msstate.edu) to access this eForm. Select “SAP Appeal Form” under the Student eForms section.
Instructions for completing a SAP Appeal eform is available online at https://www.sfa.msstate.edu/satisfactory-academic-progress/.
Final deadline to submit Spring SAP Appeal Form: Friday, Dec 20, 2024 (midnight).
Priority Deadline: November 8, 2024. Students who submit their SAP Appeal Form by the priority deadline (optional) will know the results of their appeal by the first week of class. Results for appeals submitted after the priority deadline will not be available until after classes have begun.
If you have been placed on financial aid suspension and you had extenuating circumstances that prevented you from making satisfactory academic progress, you may submit a SAP Appeal Form to request to have your financial aid reinstated.
Late SAP Appeals will not be accepted. Incomplete SAP Appeals will not be reviewed. Limit of 3 appeals.
